Terms of service

Last updated 21 August 2026

These terms cover this website and the Crown Construction Network, the software Crown Stone Inc. provides to its customers and trade partners. They are not the contract for buying stone: material is sold on a written quote, and that quote and its order terms govern the sale.

Accounts

Crown Construction Network accounts are for businesses and individuals working with Crown. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what is done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. Staff accounts in the control centre are provisioned by Crown; there is no public sign-up.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for your work with Crown. Do not attempt to access another account’s data, probe or interfere with the service, scrape it wholesale, or upload anything unlawful or malicious. We may suspend an account that does these things.

Your content

Project details, drawings, photographs and documents you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so that we can provide the service to you.

Connected services

You may connect your own Google Calendar so that meetings and site visits appear on the Crown calendar board. That connection is optional, is made through Google’s own sign-in, and can be disconnected at any time from the calendar screen. What we do with the data is set out in the privacy policy.

Quotes, prices and availability

Figures shown in the platform, including estimates, stock levels and lead times, are working information and can change. A price is binding only when it appears on a written quote from Crown and within that quote’s stated validity. Natural stone varies in colour, veining and texture; images and samples show the range rather than an exact match for what will be delivered.

Availability of the service

We work to keep the platform available and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and events beyond our control can interrupt it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Crown Stone Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the platform, including lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This clause does not affect the terms of any signed supply contract between us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Questions go to [email protected].
